General Engineering and Fleet Support

Volga-Dnepr Technics offers engineering support services both as a bundle with package maintenance solutions and separately on any Airbus and Boeing aircraft types.

Fleet engineering support includes:

• Development and regular update of a maintenance program
• AD status monitoring
• SB/MOD database management
• Engine (CF6-50, CF6-80, Genx) trend monitoring system with recommendations for improvement (if necessary, this can be extended to other engine types)
• Aircraft damage status monitoring and expert assistance (damage assessment, development of job cards for SRM repairs, preparation of requests to aircraft manufacturer, development of job cards for repairs outside SRM limits)
• Reliability program management
• Development of job cards under an approved maintenance program, non-routine cards, consolidation of job cards for line and base maintenance under an approved maintenance program
• Development of tools and consumables lists for individual tasks and for comprehensive heavy checks
• Aircraft back-to-manufacture records analysis (based on customer documents), their systematization (‘their systemization’ should be explained more clearly) , advice on missing records and recommendations on way-out solutions, e.g. in aircraft lease redelivery situations
• Engine records management (LLP, BTB)
• Engineering support for complex troubleshooting (telephone consultation, urgent location of staff to aircraft site for troubleshooting)
• Contract negotiation for the customer
• Aircraft acceptance/transfer inspection
